Quick start

Getting started with MetriXs takes minutes — no servers, no configuration.

Shopify stores

If you’re on Shopify, you don’t need the steps below — install the MetriXs Shopify app for one-click setup:

  1. Click Install in the Shopify App Store
  2. The app auto-verifies your domain + activates the tracker (App Embed) + sets up the checkout web pixel — no theme editing
  3. Choose a plan (Free, Basic, Team, or Pro)
  4. Open your dashboard — storefront pageviews, checkout events, and revenue appear automatically

Other platforms

Four steps — no servers, no configuration.

1. Create your account

Section titled “1. Create your account”

Go to app.metrixs.eu/register and sign up. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately, no credit card required. The setup wizard will guide you through all remaining steps.

2. Add your site

Enter your domain (e.g. mysite.com). MetriXs registers it in your workspace and generates a unique verification token.

3. Install the tracker snippet

Section titled “3. Install the tracker snippet”

Copy your personal snippet from the setup wizard and paste it into the <head> of every page you want to track:

Always copy the snippet from the dashboard — it carries your site’s unique verification key (&k=...), which is how MetriXs proves the site is yours.

4. Verify

Section titled “4. Verify”

Click Run verification checks in the wizard. MetriXs fetches your site’s homepage and confirms the snippet (with its verification key) is live. Data will appear in your dashboard within seconds of the first visit.
