Agency plans
Agency plans
Section titled “Agency plans”MetriXs Agency plans are built for agencies managing client sites: one account, every client site in one dashboard. You see everything with full rights; each client gets their own free read-only login that shows exactly their site and nothing else.
The three tiers
Section titled “The three tiers”| Tier | Price | Websites | Pageviews/month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Agency Small | €24/mo | up to 10 | 1M |
| Agency Medium | €54/mo | up to 25 | 2.5M |
| Agency Large | €94/mo | up to 50 | 5M |
Prices exclude VAT. Every tier includes the full MetriXs feature set on every site (PDF report export, GEO/SEO/security audits, uptime monitoring, commerce metrics, MCP). Billing is monthly only, with a 14-day free trial. The caps are hard: growing past a tier’s website limit means upgrading to the next tier; there is no option above 50 websites.
Client seats (read-only access per site)
Section titled “Client seats (read-only access per site)”Each website on an Agency plan supports up to three client seats: free read-only logins bound to exactly that one site.
- A client sees their own dashboard — traffic, sources, audits — and can download PDF reports for their domain. They cannot change settings, add sites, see other clients, or use the MCP server.
- Invite a client in Settings → Customers: pick the site, enter their email, share the invite link (it is emailed to them too).
- Clients register with their own email and set their own password. The invite email must not already belong to a MetriXs account.
- Revoking a seat cuts access on the client’s next request — no token TTL to wait for.
White-label branding
Section titled “White-label branding”Upload your agency logo in Settings → Customers. It replaces the MetriXs branding in your clients’ dashboards (TopBar) and in the header of every PDF report you export. Recommended: a transparent PNG around 256×64px (it renders at 28px height; the dashboard defaults to dark mode). Max 200KB, PNG or JPEG.
Per-site notifications
Section titled “Per-site notifications”Team-level notifications (Settings → Team) email your staff. Agency plans add per-site notifications for the client: in Settings → Customers, each website has two toggles:
- Traffic alerts — a daily email to the site’s client seats when yesterday’s visitors drop or spike versus the 7-day average (same noise-safe thresholds as the team alerts).
- Weekly digest — a Monday-morning summary of last week for that site (visitors, pageviews, revenue for commerce sites), with a link to the PDF report.
If no client seat is attached to the site, toggling the notification has no effect until a seat exists.
Starting without a website
Section titled “Starting without a website”Agencies usually create the account first and add clients later. After picking an Agency plan in onboarding you land on a welcome screen — add your first client site whenever you’re ready, or invite a client first. Sites can be added in any order from Settings → Sites or the welcome screen.
Managing the portfolio
Section titled “Managing the portfolio”- All sites view: an aggregate across every site in the account (visitors, revenue, events summed portfolio-wide).
- Plan switches: upgrade Small → Medium → Large in two clicks from the billing page; sites and data carry over. Downgrading requires the site count to fit the target tier.
- Site removal: deleting a client’s site removes its data and its client seats.
- Shopify client stores: a client’s Shopify store can be tracked inside your Agency account too — add the store’s domain, generate a one-time connect code, and the client enters it when installing the Shopify app. See the Shopify integration guide for the exact steps.
