Email notifications

MetriXs can email your team when something notable happens, no need to watch the dashboard. Two opt-in notifications, both team-level and off by default.

Traffic alerts

A daily check at 07:00 UTC: yesterday’s visitors per site versus the average of the 7 days before. You get at most one email per day, listing the sites that:

• Dropped 30% or more below the average, with at least 20 visitors yesterday
• Spiked 300% or more above the average, with at least 50 visitors yesterday

Sites below those thresholds never trigger an alert, so day-to-day noise on small sites stays quiet.

Weekly digest

Every Monday morning, an email with the previous week per site: visitors, pageviews, revenue and average order value (commerce sites), the top source, and the change versus the week before. Includes a link to the full PDF report.

Turning it on

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Toggle Traffic alerts and/or Weekly digest

Emails go to every team member who accepted the invite. Any accepted member can change these settings.
