Realtime
Section titled “Realtime”The Realtime view shows activity from the last 5 minutes. The blue dot next to your domain in the header shows the same count.
Note: Bounce rate, visit duration, and pages per visit are always 0 in the Realtime view. These metrics require session-level data which is only available when querying historical periods (Today and longer). Visitors and Pageviews are fully accurate in realtime.
Filters also work in Realtime — clicking a page, country, or device will narrow all stats to that segment within the 5-minute window.
Metrics
Section titled “Metrics”- Visitors — unique visitors (privacy-preserving hash, resets daily)
- Pageviews — total page views
- Visits — sessions, grouped by a 30-minute inactivity window (bots filtered out — see Bot detection)
- Bounce rate — share of single-page sessions
- Visit duration — average active time on site
- Pages / visit — average pages per session
Each headline card shows a small trend chip beside the value — a green ↑ or red ↓ percentage versus the previous period (the immediately preceding window of equal length). For Today the comparison is the same wall-clock hours of yesterday; for 7d it’s the 7 days before the last 7 days, and so on. Bounce rate is inverted (a drop is green, because lower is better). No chip appears when there’s no prior-period data to compare against (e.g. a brand-new site, or the Realtime / All periods).
Shopify commerce metrics
Section titled “Shopify commerce metrics”For Shopify-installed sites, the summary strip adds three commerce cards:
- Revenue — total order revenue for the period (€)
- AOV — average order value (revenue / orders) (€)
- Conv. rate — conversion rate (orders / visitors) (%)
The visitor graph gains a Revenue tab. The Sources, Locations, and Devices panels show a muted € revenue subValue beside each visitor count — which channels drive revenue. See Shopify integration for the full commerce metrics overview.
Panels
Section titled “Panels”- Pages — top pages by visitors (pageviews shown beside each row)
- Sources — referrers and traffic sources
- Locations — countries and cities
- Devices — browsers, OS, device type
- Custom Events — your user-defined custom events (see Custom events)
- Conversion Funnel — Shopify-only: Visitors → Checkout Started → Payment Submitted → Order Completed with drop-off rates
- Top Products — Shopify-only: products ranked by revenue
- Auto-tracked Events — outbound links, file downloads, and 404s captured automatically
Click any row to filter the entire dashboard by that value. Active filters appear at the top and can be removed individually or cleared all at once. In the Custom Events cards, clicking a row expands it to show the event’s property breakdown; clicking a property value filters the dashboard to that segment.
